Lorestan Machinery Manufacturing Company (Private Joint Stock Company) was established on 1975/11/25 (1354/09/04 SH) based on preliminary approval No. 340054. It was registered on 1976/06/29 (1355/04/08 SH) under registration number 25543 under the initial name Nirpars Industrial Complex at the Companies Registration Office. Following the resolution of the Extraordinary General Assembly dated 1986/12/13 (1365/09/22 SH), the company was renamed Lorestan Machinery Manufacturing Company (Private Joint Stock Company).
On 1979/07/01 (1358/04/10 SH), the company was recognized under Clause B of the Iranian Industrial Protection and Development Law, and officially began operations in December 1980 (Azar 1359 SH). After relocating its headquarters to Khorramabad, the registration number was changed to 4675.
The company’s production history began with supplying all steel structures for the Parsilon industrial complex factories. It then continued with unique engineering projects such as the construction of floating bridges, drilling rigs, jack-up platforms, and containers.
With the expansion of oil, gas, and petrochemical activities in the southern and western regions of the country, the company played a significant and successful role in Phase 1 of the Asaluyeh (South Pars) project. It subsequently contributed to the construction of parts of the Mobin, Borzouyeh, Tondgouyan, Ilam, and Kermanshah petrochemical complexes.
Relying on the experience of the Khazar Power Holding, Lorestan Machinery Manufacturing Company is currently entering the production phase of tanks and heat exchangers. In the near future, by producing fin tubes, the company will take major steps toward localization and self-sufficiency in the industry.
