Pegah Lorestan Pasteurized Milk Company, with more than 30 years of experience in the production and processing of dairy products, is one of the largest dairy units in the country. This company was established under the name of Lorestan Regional Pasteurized Milk Factory on a land area of ​​75,454 square meters with the investment of the Agricultural, Industrial and Mining Bank in the city of Khorramabad in 1975.

Construction operations began in 1978 and the installation and commissioning of its facilities, machinery and technology began in 1980 and was inaugurated and put into operation in July 1980.

Pegah Lorestan Pasteurized Milk Company initially started its activity with a nominal production capacity of 75 tons, which continues its activity by purchasing and installing the most advanced machinery and production and packaging technology such as UF cheese production and packaging technology, pasteurized and sterilized products, and powdered products with a nominal capacity of 350 tons per day and with a combination of specialized and skilled human resources and hardworking and skilled workers. The company has several standard marks and manufacturing licenses for its products and also has 7 international certificates for quality management systems, environmental protection, occupational safety and health, and product health, etc.

Pegah Lorestan Pasteurized Milk Company, utilizing the technical and specialized knowledge of committed, creative, and efficient human resources and optimal and desirable utilization of the most advanced machinery and packaging technology, has a daily processing capacity of tons of dairy products and can supply more than 30 types of products in various types of packaging under the Pegah brand to domestic and foreign markets.

As we know, the most important factor affecting the quality of dairy products is raw milk, which fortunately is in the most favorable conditions in this company and in accordance with the conditions governing international and national standards. To ensure the continuity of quality, advanced and unique laboratory equipment plays a fundamental role in achieving this, so that before receiving raw milk, according to the results of the chemical and microbial characteristics for the standardization of the milk, it is determined and then received.
